Facebook Live FAQ's


Here's how it works:

I'll show you an item and tell you a bit about it, what the price is and what sizes we have left.

Each item will have a number assigned to it.

If you want the item, just type "sold" followed by the item number and the size.

  • Example: If the item is number 43 and you want a size large, just type "sold 43 L"

You can also purchase through our website as we go.

A few housekeeping items….

If you're watching from your computer, we recommend having our website open as we go. At the top, you'll see a tab called Facebook Live. Items will be added to this tab as we go. You will need to refresh your page as we go to see the newly added items.

I know that some of you may be hesitant to purchase something online or through this Facebook video today, given you can't try the item on.

Normally our sale items are a final sale whether you're shopping in the store or online. For those items purchased through Facebook Live or online on our Facebook Live tab, if something really doesn't work, you'll have 7 days to come in to let us know and we'll offer you a store credit or a straight exchange. It will not be a full refund because they are sale items. If we're mailing it to you, we'll give you 7 days from the day you receive it. 

If you purchase through Facebook Live and you're in our system, we'll send you an invoice for the items you've purchased. Online purchasing works as usual. Please note: We often only have one of a size, in these instances, online purchases will get first dibs.

If you'd rather not purchase through our video or our online shop, you are always welcome to come into the store and take the chance that someone else hasn't already purchased it. 

We'll be making a draw for a gift certificate for those of you who attend. But we can't add you to the draw if we don't know you're there. Give us a thumbs up or send us a heart so we know you're there!
